I design product roadmaps, define KPIs, prioritize backlogs, write clear PRDs and user stories, and lead GTM for new features and partners.I combine data-driven experimentation with user-centered design: ran multiple A/B tests to lift basket size, introduced localization and onboarding improvements to boost retention, and redesigned support flows and chatbots to lower ticket volume and raise CSAT.
