As the founder of My Pepper Store, an online drop-shipping business that sells high-quality apparel to over ten countries, I have developed and executed the strategic vision, marketing plan, website design, and user experience using Shopify, Canva, and Airtable tools. I have also managed inventory, pricing, procurement, and customer relationships and monitored market trends, competition, and industry developments. My online business skills have enabled me to generate revenue and profit and overcome the challenges posed by the pandemic.I am also pursuing a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Operations Management from the University of Birmingham. I have gained knowledge and skills in service operations management, value chains, outsourcing, procurement, international business strategy, and organizational reliability and resilience. My academic goal is to learn how to apply operations management principles and techniques to optimize business processes and outcomes. In addition to my studies, I am looking for an internship opportunity to gain practical experience and expand my network.
