Regularly appearing before the NCLT in matters arising under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, including applications concerning the breach of approved resolution plans. Engaging in litigation involving public trusts under the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 and representing clients in criminal proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Also representing parties in property disputes and domestic violence cases before Magistrate Courts. Assisting in briefing senior counsels for complex litigation and continuously drafting a variety of legal documents including interim applications, appeals, complaints, written statements, notices invoking arbitration, and replies to demand notices.
