In my journey through the world of HR operations and resource management, I’ve found my passion at the intersection of talent development and strategic planning. Before Dalberg, I spent time as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte USI where I led staffing operations across various domains like Quality Engineering and PMO skills. It’s all about having the right people in the right places at the right times.During my stint as a Senior Analyst in Resource Management, I embraced strategic techniques that truly enhanced operational efficiency within our consulting business. One of my proudest moments was during my MBA internship at DailyNinja where I identified seven key inefficiencies in daily operations.
