Senior global leader with over 33 years of diverse experience across Finance and Information Technology—12 years in Finance and 20+ years in IT—driving large-scale digital transformations for global organizations. I currently serve as Executive Director on the Board of Nestlé Global Services India Ltd, and head Nestlé’s Global IT Hub in Bangalore, with a mandate to build the Hub as a center of excellence for Innovation, Automation, and Engineering.In this role, I am focused on shaping the Hub’s strategic direction to power business transformation through AI-led efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and a continuous improvement mindset. I lead efforts to build a robust partner ecosystem that accelerates delivery, fosters innovation, and creates long-term value for Nestlé’s global operations.Previously, I led BP’s India Digital Hub for Innovation & Engineering, where I played a key role in establishing the center as a strategic contributor to BP’s digital agenda.Prior to that, I was on the Board of Directors for Diageo Business Services and led Diageo’s Technology Capability Centre in India, managing a team of 800+ technologists. As Global Applications CoE Director, I built and led a global team of 250+ experts across platforms including SAP, Coupa, JDA, Salesforce, Anaplan, Workday, and more. I also spearheaded Diageo’s Intelligent Automation Program, enabling scalable RPA and automation initiatives from concept to operations.My earlier experience spans leadership roles with Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Colgate-Palmolive, and other global organizations, where I built and scaled ERP CoEs, led major SAP implementations, and drove IT operational excellence from India to support global regions across APAC, Europe, and the Americas.An award-winning leader (HerRising 2020 – Women-in-Technology), I am known for building high-performing, purpose-driven teams and cultivating a culture of innovation, inclusion, and impact.
