With a master\'s degree in human resource management and a passion for talent acquisition, I have been leading global sourcing and recruitment for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for over eight years. I manage a team of 35+ members and support the hiring needs of various countries and business units, ensuring the delivery of strong potential candidate pipelines and strategic recruitment planning and execution.I am also a functional consultant for HR digitization, a key initiative that aims to transform the talent acquisition function with best-in-class technology, process automation, and redefined hiring policies. I have been involved in content creation for recruitment campaigns, data analysis with visualization, and a special project that uses artificial intelligence and machine first delivery model to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience and improve efficiency.
