Have controlled P&L for the delivery unit and led organizations with as many as 18 Project/Program Managers globally with 600+ full-time resources and contractors.Key career highlights include:• Delivered a critical Network Transformation project in setting up connectivity for 430 branch office across 11 countries including rolling out IP telephony, new Video Conference infrastructure and building next generation Wifi infrastructure for one of the leading utility provider in Europe• Successfully transitioned Datacentre operations across 6 countries and 12 DCs to India with standardization of operating model, development of new Go to Market Data Centre Products for one of the largest Telecom Provider in Europe• Strategically led a complex IT separation and application migration program for an Energy client based out of Norway involving setting up of Green Field IT infrastructure including setting up DCs in Partner facility, supporting in building 15 branch offices across globe.
