Following analysis results, Entities pushed for market share expansion in 4 lines of business.• Portfolio: Assessed 21 Allianz entity on Growth and Profitability KPIs, built report around resulting cases for consequent business development and/or divestiture.• Daily responsible for Italy, Switzerland, Central Europe, Ireland, and Greece country coverage.
