I am a global financial-markets executive focused on building institutional foundations for digital-asset trading, algorithmic execution, e-pricing, liquidity, and settlement.My background combines quantitative discipline, market-structure design, new-product rollout, control architecture, and regulatory strategy - developed through leadership roles across G-SIFIs and global credit authorities.At Standard Chartered, I serve as Program Lead and Platform Owner for the bank’s institutional digital-asset trading, connecting trading, custody, settlement, execution, risk underwriting, and controls across multiple regulated venues, asset classes (digital and traditional), and jurisdictions.I design and deliver integration frameworks and MVPs for new institutional use cases, including Digital Assets Trading, Prime Brokerage, Repo, and Transaction Banking.I help shape the global regulatory dialogue, working with multiple authorities to define supervisory standards for institutional participation in digital markets and to facilitate the rollout of new regulated products globally.As Global Head of Platforms Algorithmic Trading Controls, I authored the firm’s RTS-6 Minimal Mandatory Control Standards and led the design and deployment of real-time monitoring and electronic-trading supervision across eFX, macro, and emerging digital-asset products.My earlier quantitative work includes developing systemic-risk and capital models under FRTB, CCAR, and Basel delivering liquidity-optimization and execution-analytics solutions for global portfolios.Today, my goal is to bridge traditional finance, market microstructure, and blockchain economics to build regulated, control-compliant, capital-efficient, low-latency, commercially scalable, and globally interoperable markets.I believe the next phase of market evolution will be interoperable, tokenized, and control-native; and I intend to lead the institutions that make it happen.We’re not just rewiring market infrastructure - we’re redefining what institutional alpha means in the digital era.

We are building the institutional foundation for the future of finance, enabling safe and scalable participation in digital markets across electronic trading, transaction banking, custody, repo, and prime brokerage. Defined and implemented the target-state architecture for SCB’s institutional digital-asset platform, integrating trading, custody, wallet orchestration, settlement, and liquidity management across both fiat and digital rails. Designed regulatory control frameworks and risk taxonomies to manage digital-asset exposures under global supervisory standards. Led regulatory engagement and new product development across PRA, FCA, MAS, SFC, HKMA, and DFS, aligning market structure innovation with compliance expectations.
