My journey began with a Biotechnology degree from Imperial, leading to a hands-on role in Drug Discovery at GSK. I furthered my passion for Life Sciences with a PhD from Cambridge, complemented by an MBA, equipping me with the tools to transform exciting technologies into successful businesses.At the VC-funded start-up Fluidic Analytics and later at the Cambridge spin-off, Abcam, I spearheaded the establishment of a new Immunology and Infectious Diseases Research Area, including Covid-19 research. My strategic approach led to ambitious growth through new product development, marketing initiatives, collaborations, and business development.In my current role at AstraZeneca, I actively engage with emerging, industry-disruptive trends. My work involves providing strategic insights and analyses that inform key decision-making by senior leadership.
