Ever since I could remember, I\'ve always been other people focused. I loved discovering my friends\' passions and watching them grow. I have never met a stranger- and perfectly enough it aligned with my career at Hays.Moving from Latvia to the US, I had to learn fast and adapt. Right away, I told myself that I have to play on the same level as the other kids that grew up here. That pushed me to study English 8 hours per day and taught me that I can learn anything about anything if I put my mind to it. Interestingly enough, I am lucky to work alongside of tech professionals and helping them to meet their business needs with technology experts and solutions. A great portion of my time is spent in meeting with our business partners and clients to help them craft the RIGHT solution for their goals.
