In my current role I am responsible for creating detailed drawings and specifications that reflect the unique Harrods brand identity across various product categories. I collaborate closely with the Design team and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand standards while managing supplier communications and adhering to project timelines to maintain design integrity and quality.• Creating detailed drawings and specifications for vendor production using Harrods’ Own Label design assets to deliver innovative and uniquely Harrods product ranges across stationery, homeware, toys, and seasonal categories.• Collaborating with the Design team in creating mood boards, concepts, key shapes, and colour palettes, ensuring brand alignment and contributing to cohesive, innovative ranges that reflect the Harrods identity.• Attending product fit meetings and assisting in the evaluation of manufacturer samples to maintain quality and design integrity.• Acting as the primary contact for local and international suppliers and internal stakeholders on design-related inquiries.• Supporting the Design team throughout all stages of the Buying Cycle, including administrative and organisational tasks. Preparing for meetings within the “Stage and Gate” process (Harrods\' range review and sign-off procedure) and contributing to key commercial documents such as Shopping Lists, Range Plans, and Strategy documents.• Working collaboratively with the Buying, Merchandising, and Technical teams throughout the design and development phases.• Adhering to the Critical Path and monitoring timelines to ensure that projects milestones and deadlines are met, with all outputs meeting accuracy and quality standards.
