As an agribusiness professional with a PGDM in Agricultural Business Management from MANAGE and a B.Tech. in Food Process Engineering from NIFTEM-T, I have over three years of experience in the agri sector, working with various stakeholders, businesses, and policies. My core competencies include reporting and analysis, cross-team collaboration, and digital marketing.In my most recent role as a Manager (Enterprise Development) at the State Project Management Unit of the PMFME scheme, I contributed to the enhancement and formalization of the micro-food processing sector in Tamil Nadu. I worked with the central and state governments, industry associations, and micro enterprises to implement the scheme, monitor and evaluate the progress and impact, and coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders. I also supported the capacity building and training of the beneficiaries and partners. I am passionate about creating value and impact in the agri sector through innovation, technology, and collaboration.
