I\'m the Operations Manager at Talesca, an Australian recruitment consultancy specialising in the energy and utilities sector - a business I co-own with my husband. My role sits at the intersection of operations, systems and growth. I focus on building the foundations that allow a recruitment business to scale sustainably, while still remaining human, agile and commercially sound. My background spans IT, digital marketing and earlier experience in the energy (oil and gas) sector. Over time and upon a lot of reflection, I found myself increasingly drawn to the work behind the scenes: simplifying complexity, designing better ways of working, and creating operational clarity as businesses grow. I\'m still deep in the learning curve when it comes to operations in recruitment - and I bring a curious, considered approach to that journey. I value thoughtful experimentation, strong systems and making decisions that support long-term outcomes rather than short-term fixes.
