I am a dynamic and dedicated professional with a strong background in wildlife and conservation management, emergency response, and community service. My career spans over a decade, during which I have honed my skills in strategic planning, managing complex operations, and leading cross-functional teams.As the Manager of the Field Leadership Team at Team Rubicon USA, I have led multi-jurisdictional community protection planning initiatives, consistently fostering partnerships and ensuring compliance with safety policies. My approach is holistic, emphasizing the importance of relationships and communication across all levels—city, state, and federal—to build resilient communities.Before joining Team Rubicon, I spent six years in the Dakotas as a conservation biologist and wildland firefighter, where I discovered my passion for volunteerism and community service. My leadership during crises, such as managing a $3 million grant for Afghan family transitions and leading a partnership with Feeding America during the COVID-19 pandemic, underscores my ability to deliver impactful results.I thrive in entrepreneurial environments that value autonomy, collaboration, and innovation.
