   Lead product/network engineer for service provider network (ISP) across the Pacific Northwest. Establish peering relationships with tier 1 providers and major content providers for efficient delivery of content and internet access. Develop the initial network design and growth of the network and build redundancy. Identify vulnerabilities and points of failure and create actions plans to mitigate risk. Plan, configure and install service provider core, aggregation and edge equipment. Including Cisco ASAs, ASR 9Ks, ASR 900s, ISR, Nexus, and NCS, and Catalyst series devices. Oversee the test and turn up of new circuits, coordinate last mile provider circuits install timelines and design requirements. Coordinate with NOC on escalation procedures and provide training for NOC technicians and engineers on network equipment and troubleshooting. Develop internal network best practices and SLA requirements for Internet and voice products. Work with customers to transition internet and voice services.
