About Kristin Sartorius
Kristin joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as the Financial Analyst for the Raleigh-Durham, NC Capital Markets Investment Sales Team. She is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, and has overseen the underwriting and financial modeling for hundreds of office, industrial, and life-science properties. Since her onboarding, Kristin’s brokerage team has completed over $1.6 Billion in transaction volume, having arranged the sale of combined assets totaling more than 10 million square feet. Prior to her work with CW, Kristin served as a residential property manager for several large, multifamily communities in both the Triangle and Eastern North Carolina. She is a graduate of East Carolina University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with additional concentrations in Finance and Accounting. Additionally, Kristin holds a graduate certificate in Business Intelligence and Analytics. Outside the office, she is a partner at Grace Raleigh Church, where she has served on the Finance Committee since 2015.
