I am a neuroscientist-turned-software engineer motivated by working on novel problems in biotechnology. Over the past several years I\'ve been working with startups spanning microbiome science, genomics, neurotech, and biofeedback.My academic background is in neuroscience. I researched brain-computer interfaces (BCI) during my MS degree in neural engineering in the Dr. Miguel Nicolelis lab at Duke University, where I analyzed real-time neural activity during primate locomotion to make predictive models of leg movement, with applications for lower limb neural prostheses.
