ABOUT KRISZTIAN SANDIDGE

I\'ve spent my career at the intersection of nuclear medicine and GMP manufacturing, starting on the bench and working my way through quality, production, and technical operations at some of the most consequential moments in the radiopharmaceutical industry\'s recent history.At Advanced Accelerator Applications, I was part of the teams that brought Lutathera and Pluvicto to the US market, working across QC, production management, and global technical stewardship as both products moved from development through site approval and commercial launch. That experience gave me a ground-level understanding of what it actually takes to turn a radiopharmaceutical into a reliable, compliant, dose-per-patient product at scale.Now, as Director of MS & T at Mariana Oncology, I lead technology transfer and process validation for next-generation radioligand therapies, working across radiochemistry, QA, and CMC to build manufacturing operations that can support clinical development and eventual commercialization.I\'m also a Master of Public Health candidate at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, which reflects a deliberate choice to pair deep manufacturing expertise with a broader understanding of how health systems work, how policy shapes access, and how the field needs to evolve to deliver these therapies to more patients.The radiopharmaceutical space is moving fast.
