   Implemented the concept of Repair to Operation Cycle on frontline warships wherein all aspects of naval operations were renewed by organized conduct of evolutions involving numerous naval assets.2. Design review, inspection of manpower and quality audit of equipment of ships progressing from refit to operations.3.Formulation of policies concerning high risk operations like firefighting, flood control, nuclear attack drills and evolutions at harbor and at sea.4. Trained around 500 naval personnel across 8 warships over a period of 06 months in CBRN, fire safety and flood control aspects.5. Coordinated with local administration in effective implementation of government orders Social Distancing during COVID 19 catastrophe thereby helping in the spread of virus.6. Spearheaded plantation of plants in defense land in co-ordination with state machinery as part of ‘Go Green’ initiative of the Indian central government.
