ABOUT KRZYSZTOF DYLEGOWSKI

People manager with a strong background in medical devices across the Healthcare and Life Science sectors. I’ve successfully navigated diverse sales environments, working with B2B clients in both public (hospitals, universities, research institutes) and private segments. My experience spans selling capital equipment, consumables, and service solutions in direct sales and distributor partnership models.I’ve built and led high-performing sales teams from the ground up and revitalized mature teams, always focusing on delivering results and fostering growth. While my primary focus has been the Polish market, I’ve also collaborated in a matrix or supporting capacity with sales teams operating in other European markets, sharing best practices and contributing to cross-border success.Beyond sales leadership, I have hands-on experience managing technical and administrative teams, bringing a holistic approach to organizational success.Outside of work, I’m a proud family man with two wonderful children. I’m passionate about endurance sports: triathlon (IM 70.3 PB sub-5h), swimming, and cycling—and embrace a healthy lifestyle. I’m also dedicated to personal growth and enjoy exploring opportunities in investing.
