The ability to find the simplest solution to complex problems is one of my greatest strengths. I hold a Bachelor of Business degree in Operations Management with a minor in Psychology. I have jumped headfirst into the world of operations to take advantage of the endless opportunities to improve, streamline, and innovate. Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for the field of financial aid, where I am most successful in the operational aspects of the field Having worked in the office management and payroll fields for more than twenty years, I am well versed in both. Proficient in computer-based tools such as spreadsheets, project management software, and enterprise resource planning software. An extensive background in office management including payroll, human resources, finance, communications, procurement, marketing, and accounts payable. An experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, operations, and office management. Throughout my career, I have managed cross-functional teams and ensured seamless collaboration and operations.
