About Krystle Rogers
My mission is to assist people and organizations through transition, using coaching and consulting skills I have mastered. My vision is people and organizations thriving from one phase to the next. I achieved my Master of Arts with speciality in organizational development and adult learning from Alverno College (2018). Currently, I seek opportunities with people and organizations in leadership roles. From being the head of a household to being the CEO of a company, all change and transition can be mastered using skillful strategy. Through the African American Leadership program (Cardinal Stritch), and the Coaching Mastery Certificate Program (Creative Results Management) I have developed transferable skills which helps to fulfill my mission. As a trained learning and organizational development manager, coach and consultant, my professional abilities include change management consulting, competency development and training facilitation.
