ABOUT KRYSTLE MCALLISTER
I fell into property management by chance in 2012 and discovered a passion and skill for the industry. I have been managing properties ever since and obtained my real estate license in 2015. Recently I registered my own LLC and obtained licensure as an independent broker which I’m working to launch as a hobby and in addition to a full-time property manager position. Over my career, I have managed single family homes, duplexes/triplexes/fourplexes, multi-family, commercial common area interests, HOAs, commercial retail/industrial buildings, and mobile homes. I have experience in Section 42 Tax Credit, Rehabilitation Tax Credit (RTC), Section 8 vouchers, and Project Based vouchers. I am well versed in Federal and Colorado real estate laws and keep up to date on the laws to ensure compliance with my real estate licensure. I have somewhat of a construction background, being the daughter of a long-time contractor and having worked for a couple construction companies.I pride myself on being flexible, efficient, and ethical in addition to utilizing great judgment and providing the highest level of customer service.
