Krystle is an experienced educator and career advisor with a history of working in student support services, and professional development. She believes professional decisions begin with an understanding of self and awareness of goals, and strives to promote such knowledge through student-centered coaching and development. Krystle\'s long-term mission is to create hospitable services and spaces where learners can discover, engage, and articulate their passions. From both her education, professional training, and personal experience, Krystle is ready and prepared to meet advisees where they are and provide tailored support. Furthermore, Krystle\'s experience demonstrates her passion for teaching others. She currently teaches a career readiness course for the School of Information. Previously, she has provided direct classroom teaching and tutoring, facilitated a professional development and exploration course for first year, undergraduate Business students, and regularly delivers individual sessions to masters-level students. Additionally, she her work with the Spartan Marching Band Color Guard\'s leadership and training program demonstrates a commitment to use all experiences as educational opportunity for development.
