Passionate about talent acquisition and building strong connections, I have developed a diverse career spanning nonprofit work, administration, and recruiting. I graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University in 2015, where I gained hands-on experience in nonprofit operations and therapeutic horsemanship through an internship at The Shane Center for Therapeutic Horsemanship.My career path led me to Hy-Line, where I advanced to Assistant Manager, gaining valuable administrative and agricultural industry experience. I later transitioned into veterinary recruiting, starting with MedVet as a Client Service Representative before moving into talent acquisition. Over the years, I have honed my expertise in full-cycle recruiting, networking, employer branding, and event coordination, supporting veterinary hospitals and corporate teams across multiple states.Currently, as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Petfolk, I focus on hiring Veterinary Technicians and Assistants while expanding our network and employer brand as we continue to grow.
