I lead the Product & Delivery function at Regatta, where we turn smart ideas into real results. Shaping projects that fuel business growth, improve ways of working, and make life easier for teams across the Group.I oversee a wide-ranging portfolio that spans strategic programmes, high-priority change, and continuous improvement. My role is equal parts alignment and momentum: bringing people together, connecting the dots, and making sure good ideas don’t just stay on the roadmap, they land, they work, and they add value.I’m big on clarity, communication, and creating the kind of team culture where collaboration feels easy and people genuinely care about what they’re building. I’m also a firm believer that delivery is never just about getting to the finish line, it’s about solving the right problems in the right way.Outside of work, I’m still all about the strategy. Whether I’m lost in a game, figuring out a puzzle, or knee-deep in a DIY project, I’m usually working something out. I like being out in nature when I can, and I’m always learning, sometimes through studying, sometimes just by getting stuck in- I like my delivery like I like my puzzles - complex enough to be interesting, but always solvable with the right team and a bit of patience.
