I have dedicated my career to helping optimize organizations to ensure aligned priorities and flawless execution within financial targets. I excel in program management, governance around efficient decision making, organizational alignment, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement, always pushing for operational excellence.At Biogen I act as a strategic partner to therapeutic area leads in the rare disease (and previously neurospsychiatry) units. I lead annual business planning, oversee strategic initiatives, transform the team operating model and manage the medical affairs budget. I am most proud of being a part of the team that facilitated the launch of Zuranolone, the first oral therapy for postpartum depression. I also led a rapid strategic reassessment following the FDAs decision on Zuranolone, ensuring the alignment of plans and securing budget reapproval in just a few weeks.Before Biogen, I worked at Haemonetics Corporation, where I improved operational efficiency by reducing interrupted orders from 48% to 10%. At Hebrew SeniorLife, I saved $1.2 million annually by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and streamlining processes. Early in my career, I honed my leadership skills at Philips Healthcare, Bank of America, and in the global supplier quality field, achieving key milestones in process improvement and supplier risk management.I bring a strong leadership background, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for driving strategic growth to every role I’ve held.
