As a Development Coach at BMS Progress, I mentor and develop apprentices across diploma programs in Team Leadership, Level 4 Sales, and Level 5 Coaching. My role involves designing and delivering targeted coaching sessions to support apprentices in acquiring essential skills and leadership abilities that directly impact their professional and personal growth.I collaborate closely with managers from leading companies such as Evri, Hermes, Elis, Tradebe and Certas to assess apprentices’ progress, aligning our coaching approach with business goals and industry standards. This collaboration enables me to tailor coaching to each apprentice’s workplace requirements, ensuring a practical and effective learning experience.My responsibilities include:Conducting structured coaching sessions that address apprentices\' professional development, leadership, and skills advancement.Implementing feedback-driven strategies from managers to identify skill gaps and monitor improvements in apprentice performance.Helping apprentices build confidence in public speaking, teamwork, and stakeholder relationships.Utilizing my background in executive coaching and strategic planning to guide apprentices in real-world business challenges.In this role, I am dedicated to nurturing the potential of each apprentice, equipping them with practical skills, resilience, and a growth-oriented mindset essential for success in today’s dynamic business environment.
