Rostar also supplies engine air filters, diesel filters, gas filters, heavy duty filters, breathers, pleat packs, and even drain plugs & gaskets. Rostar was designated as a GSA Schedule Contract Holder in • Accountable for all business development components including developing and implementing strategies for customer onboarding, sales revenue, the quoting process and bid documentation, and continuous improvement. • Supervises the daily operations of the customer service department, a team of two, while leading the team in strategy, alignment, and execution of tasks; includes hiring and training of new employees. • Represents Rostar Filters at numerous industry events such as AAPEX, SEMA, INDA Filtration, Automechanika Mexico City, Filter Manufacturers Council, AASA Vision Conference and AutoCare Leadership Days, while planning and executing booth creation and promotion.
