I’ve worked on developing ideas into commercialized devices in various team roles within Meta, Stryker, Integer, and the Human Engineering Research Laboratory. Reality Labs is Meta\'s division dedicated to building the future of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), developing hardware (like Quest headsets), software (like Horizon Worlds), and foundational research in AI and human-computer interaction.Responsibilities- Manage complex electromechanical prototype builds from initial customer intake with partnering hardware teams through full assembly and test validation to internal delivery (smart glasses, wrist wearables, audio, etc.)- Collaborate with XFNs and PE/TEs to translate designs into efficient process flows and repeatable WI- Oversee the design of fixtures and assembly aids and provide DFM/DFA feedback for future product iterations- Troubleshoot assembly and test issues as they arise while keeping key stakeholders informed of build progress
