Board is 25 manager and non-manager leaders working in our community and within Boeing to drive change for women in the workplace. In 2023, we rolled out formal partnerships with Women in Tech, Women in Manufacturing, Society of Women Engineers, Women in Aviation and the Boeing Leadership Network to increase visibility, support a variety of interests, and continue partnership with key stakeholders.
