I believe careers are creatively assembled (again and again). I’m a strategic communication advisor with 10+ years of experience across industries: tourism, healthcare, energy, e-commerce, and higher education. I help organizations improve communication with customers and employees, and build connections with communities.One of my favorite jobs is writing stories for Black Hills Woman Magazine about the unique career journeys of badass women living West River South Dakota.When not working, I enjoy live music, eating at local restaurants, traveling, thrift shopping, and reading books. One of my favorite places is the public library.Before gaining experience in industry roles, I studied sibling communication and sensemaking in postmarital families. I conducted thorough qualitative research, presented at regional and national conferences, and facilitated seminars about how to strengthen relationships during life transitions.I’m here to learn, ask meaningful questions, and help others create work they care about.
