About Krystal Wu
Since 2005, I have taught and learned from young people of all ages in public, private, and charter schools across the Western U.S. in both rural and urban settings. With expertise in culturally responsive/sustaining pedagogies, anti-oppressive education, and race-centered equity, I develop curricula and professional learning opportunities that work to reimagine school as a site of community care and radical hope. With extensive experience working with teachers and students of color, I am always curious about how individuals can work together both within and beyond systems to cultivate a sense of authentic belonging.
