ABOUT KRYSTAL STRASSMAN

Krystal got an early introduction to the construction industry through her family’s asphalt paving business. Krystal spent her teenage years working for the company in between school and athletics. After completing her business degree at Brown University, Krystal served as a client relations specialist for Make Me Heal, one of the largest online suppliers of anti-aging and plastic surgery needs, headquartered on Los Angeles, CA. In 2009, Krystal returned to Wisconsin to pursue a position in the family business, DRS Ltd, The family business values include having family members who are familiar and appreciate all aspects of the business. Krystal started as a crew member on the paving crew learning all aspects of the field operations and moved to project estimation and management. Krystal insists on continuous process improvement and with her assistance, the family business grew significantly in annual sales from 2009 through 2019. Her view of the big picture and her client focus allowed the company to better identify near term challenges resulting in increased profits. Krystal has an energetic personality and believes in a job well done. She has a strong sense of commitment and embraces strong working relationships. She advocates for her customers and teammates, providing win-win situations and outcomes. Krystal\'s recipe for success relies heavily on her ability to render authentic, lasting relationships. Hockey is also a constant in Krystal\'s life. She currently coaches for local teams as requested, helps with USA Hockey girls and women\'s hockey tryouts/clinics and plays recreationally when available. Go BOLTS!
