I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology from Argosy University, where I learned how to understand human behavior, motivation, and communication. I am currently an Office Manager at Arc Glass, a company that provides a variety of glass products and services for residential and commercial customers. I have core competencies in process improvement, new business development, and customer-focused service, which I apply daily to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office and the satisfaction of the clients. In my previous role as a Business Development Manager at arc electric + lighting, I worked with a team of electricians and lighting specialists to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential and existing customers. I also supported the Administrative Assistant at Unity Services - Electrical Division, where I handled scheduling, invoicing, and customer service for a busy and growing electrical company. I have a passion for creating and maintaining positive and lasting relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues, and I always strive to deliver high-quality work and exceed expectations. I believe that my diverse and valuable experiences in the glass, electric, and lighting industries, as well as my psychology background, can bring a unique and fresh perspective to any team or organization.
