I’m Krystal, a Search Consultant with a focus on civil engineering and construction recruitment across Canada. I work with organizations in a variety of sectors, including environmental consulting, municipal infrastructure, land and site development, water resources, geotechnical, hydrogeological, transportation, urban planning, and geomatics. With over five years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, I’ve built a strong understanding of the technical landscapes and workforce challenges across industries like mining, oil & gas, materials testing, and sustainability.
