Report to a loss site on a moment’s notice. Preparing a thorough, complete and timely Scope of Loss including building diagrams and photographs which are labelled for clear and complete understanding by others. Working with local officials, owners, insurance adjusters and others to meet the needs and requirements of all interested parties. Proper file documentation through company systems to allow all parties access to information even when away from the office. Files shall be organized in a manner that the information can be found and reviewed at a later date and understandable by others not involved previously with loss. Provide any services as requested by the insurance adjuster such as securing the site, tarping a roof or providing temporary facilities. Scope of Loss including building diagrams and photographs within agreed timeframe. All emergency services secured in a manner to minimize cost and risk. A complete and organized project file. Direct pay authorization in place. Additional duties as assigned - Organizing Project Managers, working with customers on flood, fire, mold, storm cleanups and bio\'s. Working with all insurance companies using the Xactimate estimating software. Helping adjusters inspect and document claims from start to finish to be their eyes and ears in the field.
