Krystal Brooks is an experienced education and non-profit leader adept at relationship management, business development, and strategic growth. She is Senior Director of Development for the Forté Foundation, an action-oriented non-profit consortium of leading companies and top universities working together to launch women into fulfilling, significant careers through access to business education, opportunities, and a community of successful women. Krystal oversees Forté\'s academic partner network, including 200+ of the world\'s best universities and business schools. Before her work in development, Krystal served as the first program director for Forté MBALaunch, a 10-month MBA preparatory program for women, and led Forté\'s early career and undergraduate programming. Krystal\'s university experience was cultivated in varying roles at Carnegie Mellon\'s Tepper School of Business, most recently as Director of Masters Admissions. Krystal earned an MA in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Finance and Music from Lycoming College. She lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with her husband, two children, and an overly active puppy. She enjoys music and the arts and has participated in several choirs in and around Pittsburgh.
