Krysta Stauch\'s educational background in theatre arts provided a perfect stage for her transformation into the role of Relationship Manager. She developed enthusiasm, communication skills, and tenacity for building new relationships and maintaining existing relationships. These are perfect tools for pursuing one goal - to match White Construction clients\' construction needs with the services the rm has honed to perfection during the past 50 years. Krysta is customer-focused and quality-driven. She consistently applies the rm\'s values of safety, leadership, teamwork, trust, and relationships toward achieving the core purpose:\"Building Success Together.\" She has built a robust network of friends in the Austin area construction industry. Krysta has a strong presence in various industry associations, including CREW Austin, SMPS Austin, CBA, RECA, ULI Austin, and AIA. Over the past few years, her involvement with CREW Austin has been particularly active. She began as a dedicated committee member, progressed to co-chair positions, took on the role of chair for multiple committees, and even assumed the role of Austin\'s Chapter Champion for the CREW Foundation. Looking ahead, she is set to embark on a new journey by joining the Board for a 3-year term starting in 2024. In addition to her CREW commitments, Krysta contributes her expertise as a committee member of the Education Committee for SMPS Austin.Outside of her industry involvement, Krysta dedicates her time and love for theatre to the Austin Theatre Alliance by serving on the Auction Committee for Paramount Theatre\'s yearly Gala. While tending to her growing family, including a new baby boy, she continues to uphold a prominent presence within the construction industry in the Austin area. When she\'s not dedicating herself to various aspects of business development, she takes pleasure in moments spent on Lake LBJ alongside loved ones. Additionally, she finds enjoyment in live music and theater or simply unwinding at home with a glass of wine in hand.
