With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, I began my career in Human Resources at an Emergency Management Firm, then moved to Talent Acquisition where I supported the rapid growth of a SaaS provider in the risk and insurance industry. Now, as a Program Manager and Product Specialist, I have made a fulfilling leap into the world of digital solutions, focusing on the tank wash industry. I played a pivotal role in launching the Tank Wash Directory, overseeing website design and content creation. My current responsibilities include managing data for over 400 tank wash locations, spearheading digital marketing initiatives, and enhancing client relations. I am also leading a comprehensive redesign of the Agility ERP website to improve user experience and align with our strategic goals.I am proud to have combined previous hard and soft skills from my time in human resources, with new technical and program management skills to drive innovation and growth in the digital space, establishing Agility ERP as a leader in ERP solutions for tank wash companies.
