Automated, manual, exploratory and accessibility testing at a high level for the retail store’s main website• Winner of the 2024 Dunelm Tech The Celebration of Differences Award• Implemented a high-priority payment service allowing for short-term loans• In combination with the SDET in the team, built and maintained the integration/E2E automated test suites for the new credit and basket redesign services• Created a test plan and strategy for E2E, Integration and exploratory testing for the reskin of the basket page which is currently under implementation.• Engrained accessibility into the team, and widened the approach to include all tech teams• Co-ordinate the Dunelm-web Automation Working Group to improve CI pipeline stability. Working towards a plan to enable the teams to move into the testing pyramid in a steppingstone approach• Run a workshop on Empath during a QA Chapter Day, gave several talks about disability in the workplace• An active member of the Disability & Neurodiversity colleague network, Diversity and Inclusion Tech Group and several technical guilds
