At Paragon, we help people improve their quality of life by offering comprehensive behavioral health care, through our community based IBHS Autism program and private practice mental health therapy. We do this by focusing on the employment experience to reduce burnout, care for our people, and invest in their futures.As Paragon\'s President, I am focused on where we are going by leading a team of experts to get us there. I work with my all-star team to develop strategic goals and structure for our growing company. This all starts with conversation and collaboration. Along the way, we think 3-dimensionally to uncover contributing solutions to the healthcare industry.I am culture-driven and people mindful leader passionate about employee professional development and scalability. Across my networking circle, I\'ve developed a deeply rooted system mutually focused on helping people. One of my greatest joys as President of Paragon is watching others grow into competent and strong leaders.
