Over years, I have built my expertise in designing and implementing highly impactful People Programs that align with the Organisational context and growth objectives, specially in the area of Talent Management and Development, Performance Management, Policies and Benefits and Business Partnering A lifelong learner, I have completed my doctoral studies at TISS, Mumbai in the area of Social Psychology exploring why we behave the way we behave- specifically implicit attitudes. My research work examines unconscious biases at the workplace and applying behavioural insights to enable Managers make equitable people decisions.
