   Reporting to EVP, Production, daily responsibilities include the management of multiple and simultaneous in-house, co-productions and licensed Dramas, Comedies, Unscripted, Features, Animation, Specials and Kids & Family productions beginning with Prep, Shoot, and Wrap. Responsibilities require daily interfacing with Creative, Business Affairs, Legal, Casting, PR, Talent Relations, Awards, Production Finance, S&P, Risk Management, and Clearances to ensure production standards exceed the creative set forth for each program. •Create, manage and maintain tracking documents including production calendars, breakdowns, budget analysis, and schedules to comply with production and content delivery deadlines•Interface between HBO/MAX departments and LPs, UPMs, and Dept. Heads to create strong working relationships and coordinate information flows and approval processes •Ensure compliance of SAG, DGA, WGA rules, payments, and credits•Liaison with Agents and Managers to research, recommend, and evaluate potential ATL, BTL, and Dept.
