Accompany the client throughout the year: Guiding and Informing the client about the certification schemes, process and tools he/she is interested in and answer related questions, follow up internally on client requests and on the client’s certification process and ensuring good quality of service provided with relevant support and updating of all documentation required. Proceed with renewals: Ensuring required actions and completing renewals within associated deadlines, issuing renewal quotations, invoice order and collecting receivables. Process changes requests: Gathering and process changes requests from the clients and communicating changes to relevant staff internally where necessary and ensure follow-up with the clients according to the allocated projects. Audit follow up: Follow-up with the client to ensure receipt of necessary corrective action and/or evidence, Processingwith the corrective actions/evidence or allocate internally if evaluation competence is required. ACT (Audit Certification Tool): Managing and coordinating new certification tool software with project management team to transfer data, correct, update, align, providing comprehensive training to clients on our new tool and ensuring seamless integration, Evaluating training effectiveness through client feedback and knowledge retention assessments.
