I believe that the only way to achieve the impossible is to embrace everyday challenges with joy.I started my career in financial audit at Big4, including two years in the USA working with Fortune 500 companies, which gave me a strong foundation in finance and a global perspective on business operations. In 2017, I joined PizzaPortal.pl, initially as CFO, and within 18 months became CEO. I led the company through a successful turnaround, achieving ~50% YoY growth, and steered its acquisition by Glovo for $40M.In 2020, I joined Gepetto, an innovative e-commerce eyewear brand that became a national leader in private label sunglasses, incorporating materials like wood and 3D printing. We successfully exited to a leading industry player in 2024. Insights gained at Gepetto - particularly around vision and accessibility - sparked the idea for Feyenally. Today, Feyenally is a Techstars-backed healthtech company developing AI-driven ophthalmic solutions that make diagnostics more accessible worldwide.Beyond healthtech, I advised startups and scale-ups. My expertise includes financial forecasting, fundraising and M&A.What drives me is the combination of analytical rigor, curiosity, and strong values - enabling teams I work with to deliver exceptional results in a sustainable way.

   For 1B people with no access to proper eye care, we provide a mobile app allowing them to test their eyes objectively just with their smartphones - by analyzing photos of their eyes with AI. So that they can get their eye test result in a matter of minutes and see clearly again.
