Team consists of five direct reports, including the Controller, with a total accounting organization of 13 professionals. o Rebuilt and strengthened accounting team, hiring a Senior Assistant Controller and driving a culture of accountability. Initiated and led RFP process for financial system transformation, evaluating vendors, conducting interviews, and driving the selection of Sage Intacct ERP to replace 10+ separate QuickBooks files with a unified, multi-entity platform. Led the first phase of implementation, leveraging internal and external resources targeting seamless transition.o Enabled full monthly closings of all entities for the first time, setting the department on the path of eventually reducing the close process from 14 days for a couple of QuickBooks entities to 5 days for all Intacct entities, significantly improving speed and accuracy.o Cut annual audit preparation time in half compared to previous years. Implemented Ramp.com to replace a shared credit card pool with a fully accountable spend management system, ensuring every dollar is now traceable, documented, and allocated. Stood up the Spend department and its processes which has managed over transactions worth $22.4M in charge and reimbursement spend to date. Earned $328K in Ramp cashback making the switch to Ramp positive ROI.o Implemented and integrated the Stampli.com A/P system with Sage Intacct. Co-led negotiations with the CEO to establish a P-card program with 60-day payment.
