I’m currently working as an HR Executive at Madeleine Floors, where I handle end-to-end recruitment across different functions depending on business needs. My day-to-day work includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and closing positions on time. I always try to make sure the person fits not just the role, but also the team and work culture. I’ve worked on multiple roles at a time and managed high-volume hiring, so I like to keep things simple and organized. But for me, hiring is not just a process. I enjoy talking to people, understanding how they think, and finding the right match.Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the gym pushing my limits and working on my physique. It keeps me disciplined and consistent. I also love traveling and exploring new places, which helps me reset and come back with a fresh mindset.
