I work on large-scale operational problems within the retail and marketplace ecosystem at Amazon — particularly those that sit at the intersection of systems, financial operations, and organizational complexity.In my current role within Retail Business Services, I focus on identifying and eliminating systemic defects that impact profitability, vendor experience, and customer experience. Much of my work involves diagnosing root causes across complex processes and building mechanisms that shift operations from reactive resolution toward proactive defect prevention.Over the years, I’ve worked across vendor ecosystems, category management, retail efficiency programs, and marketplace operations. This experience has involved owning business performance, scaling vendor categories, improving cost-to-serve structures, and leading cross-functional programs that drive structural improvements at scale.I’m particularly drawn to problems where the solution requires both analytical depth and the ability to align diverse teams around a shared operating model.Outside of day-to-day work, I’m interested in how AI and automation can reshape financial operations and large enterprise systems.
